SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Enjoy a seamless shopping experience with our dedicated team, delivering the selected items to your doorstep with the utmost care.

Please note that all purchases are final so, ensure that the information provided is accurate to facilitate seamless delivery.

Kindly note that order processing, delivery, and shipping occur exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the subsequent working day.

All shipments are registered. This practically means that we will provide you with the tracking number for the parcel so that you can track it.

USUAL DELIVERY TIMES

​

Items in stock:

  • GR orders: 2-5 working days, from the moment it has been shipped. 

  • EU orders:  5-15 working days, from the moment it has been shipped. 

  • Worldwide (non-EU):  8-25 working days, from the moment it has been shipped. 

​

*In remote areas, shipment can take up to 2 days.

* During local national holiday periods delivery times may change.

Courier delays may also affect delivery times.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of the dispatch.

Items in pre-order:

It can take up to 1 -3 weeks to produce the item (please check the availability of products).

On top you have to calculate the shipping times as specified above.

EUROPE (EU): Free Shipping from € 300,00

WORLDWIDE (non-EU)* : Free Shipping from € 500,00

* For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes if any. Please note that we are unable to advise the amount this may be. Our carrier will contact the customer once the purchase arrives in customs to inform if any additional cost. Please note that if the customer doesn’t choose to pay the import taxes, we reserve the right to charge the customer for incurred costs.

UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

​

In case your parcel was not able to be delivered, it will be placed at our carrier's pick-up point for a certain time. In case it is not picked up by you within 10 working days, the parcel will be returned to sender (our workshop in Greece).

RETURN POLICY

​

At BARACOCOA.COM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we provide an easy return process to ensure a hassle-free experience.

You can request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your order.

Please note that any returns requested after this 14 day period will not be eligible for a refund

Step 1: Inform us via email

Contact us at info(at) baracocoa.com with your

  1.  order ID

  2.  your full name

  3.  product name

  4.  quantity

  5.  attach product photos 

to start the return process.  Please let us know the reason for the return.

Step 2: Check the conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and untouched, and must meet compliance checks (see below).

  • The identification label and disposable seal must remain attached to returned items.

  • Unwanted products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Send unwanted items back to BARACOCOA.COM immediately within 3 days of notifying us of your intention to return the product (regardless of the 14-day grace period).

 

Step 3: Process the return

Let us know when the parcel has been mailed for return so we can both track it. We are not responsible for packages that may be lost on return.

Once your package arrives at our distribution center and the returned products pass compliance checks, you will receive an email confirming the completion of your return and notifying you of the final solution regarding the return request.

Compliance checks

To ensure a smooth return process, unwanted products must be returned in perfect condition - new, unused, with all protective materials in place and with labels and seals attached.

We cannot accept a returned product if:

  • There are signs of wear.

  • The item has been used or altered from its original state in any way.

  • The item is damaged or washed.

  • The identification label with the disposable seal is not attached to the product or is missing.

  • The product is not in its original packaging.

 

Returns and refunds

The shipment of returned products is at your own expense. Once the return has been processed and the products are verified to be eligible, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid for the returned items. 

 

Step 4: Processing time

We are committed to processing returns as soon as possible. Once we receive the returned products and verify the terms, we aim to process your refund within 4 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirming that the return has been completed.

 

Shipping costs for returns

We do not cover shipping costs for returns.

We are not responsible for packages that may be lost on return.

Due to trade restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country from which they were purchased.

If your return does not meet the conditions stated, the package will be sent back to you and shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Legal Issues

The courts are competent to settle disputes.
